Accounting Assistant Manager / Supervisor

A well-established Japanese manufacturer specializing in automotive safety components supplied to major automotive manufacturers. The company produces critical safety products such as airbags, seatbelt components, and child seat parts, along with automotive interior products and industrial materials.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting, financial reporting, or auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
• Experience preparing financial statements and month-end/year-end closing.
• Knowledge of Thai tax regulations and accounting compliance.
• ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• English communication skills for internal business communication.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.
• CPD License is not required.

• Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, Financial, and accounting operations.
• Review accounting transactions and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, and collections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage foreign currency revaluation for AP, AR, and bank accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate tax filings, external audits, and government authorities.
• Support treasury activities, banking transactions, and foreign exchange documentation.
• Supervise and coach accounting team members.
• Improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, and internal departments.
