Accounting and Finance Leader (Retail)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Accounting or a related field

• English: Internal Conversation Level (Able to speak and write in English)

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, tax regulations, and relevant laws

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail with good multitasking and organizational skills

• Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Service-minded, proactive, and able to respond and act promptly

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting and financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries

• Reconcile bank statements and accounting records on a monthly basis

• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure accurate and timely transactions

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and support management reporting

• Prepare and submit tax filings, including VAT and withholding tax, in compliance with relevant regulations

• Ensure accounting activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and tax requirements

• Handle purchasing activities for suppliers, materials, and other business requirements

• Support accounting and financial operations for café business activities

• Perform other accounting, finance, and administrative duties as assigned by the Line Manager
