About the Company

Our client is a leading international manufacturing organization operating a large-scale chemical production facility in Thailand. The company serves both domestic and international markets and maintains high standards in operational excellence, safety, sustainability, and quality management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control within manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating with auditors and managing statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of inventory accounting and costing.
• Hands-on experience using SAP ERP is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience managing and developing finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management reporting (MIS) and financial analysis to support business performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage accounting records and statutory compliance in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare financial statements and coordinate quarterly and annual audits.
• Monitor operational costs, overhead expenses, maintenance costs, and capital investments.
• Analyze financial variances and provide recommendations to management and operations teams.
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing activities, and SAP-related financial processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Develop and coach finance team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
