SAP System and Application Manager FI

Our Client is a global leader in commercial vehicles and automotive interior components and suspension seats, operates in over 19 countries, with a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

Their Global Business Center (GBC) plays a crucial role in supporting global business operations by integrating essential functions such as accounting, procurement, HR, IT, and sales. As a shared services center, GBC provides transactional services, expert support, and data analysis to their various locations worldwide, ensuring efficiency and streamlining processes across departments. 

We are looking for SAP System and Application Manager FI, based in Nis or Remote, to join their growing team, bring the expertise in SAP, support and enhance their SAP Finance systems.

Main tasks:

·       Support the SAP module FI in our SAP systems (SAP ERP) with focus on finance

·       Act as inhouse IT functional consultant to support accounting improvements

·       Support e- invoicing processes and collaborate with external partners

·       Work closely with SAP FI Process Manager to create, implement, and optimize technical solutions for new and existing SAP rollouts

·       Design test concepts and ensure sufficient testing in accordance with change management procedures

·       Support interfaces to other SAP modules such as SAP-SD, SAP-PP, etc.

·       Implement ‘as-is’ process analyses and develop ‘to-be’ target concepts

·       Execute training courses and briefings for process managers

·       Manage external consultants during new and existing project implementations

·       Management of SAP projects as sub-project manager

·       Act as second level support to analyze and eliminate malfunctions

Qualifications:

·       University degree in Business Informatics or IT

·       Expert knowledge in SAP FI customizing

·       Deep knowledge in the FI business processes and optional in SAP mass data imports (LSMW…)

·       Basic knowledge in SAP workflow administration and SAP ABAP coding (debugging, data dictionary, implementation of SAP notes) is desired

·       Some project or consulting experience on the corporate or service provider side in the area of SAP Finance is desired

·       Fluent English is required

·       Excellent skills at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·       Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

·       Demonstrated strong business partnering skills

·       Capability to get into new subject areas quickly and independently

·       Ownership and accountability for the assigned tasks

·       Solution-oriented working approach
