As part of a dynamic EMEA Operations team, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving business processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across a large, fast-paced international organization.   • 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Operations, Operations Excellence, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with KPIs, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present complex data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as a senior team member, providing guidance and mentoring when needed.
  • Experience working in a complex, multinational environment is considered an advantage.

This is a 1-year contractor opportunity with the possibility of extension.

As a Business Analyst within the CSS EMEA Operations organization, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic business objectives across the region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Develop, document, communicate, and support the implementation of business processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely business operations.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret business data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance against targets.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management on budget, forecast versus actual performance, highlighting risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assess the business impact of operational decisions and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance requirements.
  • Monitor process adherence and promote Oracle business practices across the organization.
  • Support and drive the implementation of new operational processes, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the EMEA organization to ensure smooth collaboration and effective problem-solving.
