Our client, a leading multinational in the mobility sector, is reinforcing its HRIS team with a Workday Specialist. Experience in the Training module is preferred, but candidates must have proven experience in at least one of the following modules: Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting or Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Training (preferred).
• Work on at least one of the following HCM areas: Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting, or Integrations.
• Ensure accurate and reliable data management (EIB loads, integrations, system maintenance).
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR operations.
• Provide user support, documentation, and system training.
• Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Lead testing and adoption of new Workday features and updates.

What We’re Looking For

• +3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Mandatory: solid expertise in at least one of the following: Compensation, Security, Loads, Reporting, Integrations.
• Familiarity with Workday integrations (EIB, reporting, calculated fields).
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication.
• Ability to thrive in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
