English Customer Support Specialist | AI Technology Project | Lisbon, Moscavide☀

🎯 Your Role:
Provide customer support through multiple channels (email, chat and phone);
Assist customers with account access, billing and invoicing queries;
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions;
Guide and support users in the use of innovative AI-powered products and services;
Deliver a high-quality customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

🔎 Requirements:
Native or fluent English (mandatory);
Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Customer Support or Telecommunications;
Interest in new technologies and digital tools;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
EU Citizenship or a valid Residence Permit in Portugal;
Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.
