SAP User Acceptance Tester

Deliver User Acceptance Testing activities for a large-scale business transformation programme, working through a leading global technology consultancy.

📍 Hybrid role in Lisbon

📄 Permanent contract directly with the consultancy

We are hiring a SAP User Acceptance Tester to help ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in delivered solutions, validating system functionality and supporting successful project outcomes throughout the testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases.
• Validate system functionality from an end-user perspective.
• Identify, document, track and follow up on defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate closely with business users, consultants and project teams.
• Support test planning, execution monitoring and status reporting.
• Perform retesting and regression testing to ensure solution quality.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or functional testing.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
• Experience writing, executing and documenting test cases and results.
• Knowledge of defect management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing SAP solutions or enterprise applications.
• Experience within the Utilities sector.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
