We are hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a growing centre of excellence in Lisbon, working on complex transformation projects across national and international clients.
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, multi-project environment alongside senior experts and leaders in the SAP space, with real exposure to end-to-end HR transformation programmes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors solution design and implementation projects
- Support application maintenance projects across multiple SuccessFactors and HCM modules
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Plan and execute project activities with autonomy within agreed scope and timelines
- Manage interactions with clients and project teams
- Identify, analyse and solve problems within your area of expertise
- Contribute to the development and growth of the SAP practice
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP technology projects supporting Human Capital processes, namely SAP SuccessFactors
- Certification in SuccessFactors or HCM modules is valued but not mandatory
- Fluent English
- Customer and results oriented
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Organisation, planning and quality orientation
