SAP Functional Trainer

Deliver SAP functional training and support User Acceptance Testing activities for a large-scale digital transformation programme in the utilities sector, working through a leading global technology consultancy.

📍 Hybrid role in Lisbon

📄 Permanent contract directly with the consultancy

We are hiring a SAP Functional Trainer to help business users successfully navigate SAP processes during the UAT phase, ensuring a smooth adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP functional training sessions to business users
• Support users throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Explain business processes and SAP workflows in a clear and practical way
• Provide functional guidance during testing activities
• Create training materials, user guides and supporting documentation
• Work closely with stakeholders, consultants and project teams

What We Are Looking For

• Experience delivering SAP functional training
• Previous involvement in UAT or functional testing activities
• Strong SAP functional knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience creating training and knowledge transfer materials
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Utilities sector
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Exposure to international or distributed project teams
