📍 Location: Portugal (Fully Remote)
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday – rotating shifts (07:00–16:00, 08:00–17:00, 09:00–18:00)
📄 Contract: Permanent Contract with 6 months' probation period

Join our Customer Service operation and play a key role in building a high-performance sales culture.

Your Responsibilities:
• Supporting agents and team leaders in daily business through coaching, side-by-side & Call listening, sales conversation techniques, objection handling and closing skills
• Organize and facilitate small-group workshops to encourage knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange among agents
• Support the implementation of monthly sales initiatives and contribute to the achievement of sales tar-gets
• Analyze sales performance data, present insights to management, and provide actionable recommenda-tions
• Introduce, train, and promote the effective use of sales tools and systems
• Collaborate closely with team leaders and agents on performance improvement, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular call quality reviews and identify recurring improvement opportunities
• Monitor the effectiveness of coaching initiatives and recommend continuous improvements
• Share success stories and best practices across teams to drive a high-performance sales culture
• Identify training needs based on sales results, quality metrics and customer feedback
• Reporting progress and planning to the Operation Manager & Head of for Platinum
• Handling in and outbound calls if required
