We are recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join an international accounting firm, working with a diverse portfolio of clients.

📍 Location: Matosinhos, Porto
⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9h to 18h
🏢 Work model: Onsite

🔎 Your Role:
As a key member of the payroll team, you will:
- Prepare and process payroll in compliance with applicable legislation;
- Ensure accurate collection and validation of payroll variables;
- Manage and submit social declarations;
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor;
- Stay up to date with changes in labor and payroll legislation.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in payroll management;
- Fluency in French is a strong plus, but English-only candidates are also welcome;
- Good knowledge of labor and social legislation;
- Client-oriented mindset with strong communication skills;
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality;
- Team player with a proactive and organized approach.
