Learning Assistant | French Speaker | Porto

We are currently looking for a Learning Assistant (French Speaker) to join an international HR team based in Porto.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong administrative background and an interest in Learning & Development.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination, administration, and tracking of training activities across the organization.

📍 Location: Porto

Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including room bookings, training materials, catering arrangements, and accommodation when required.
✅ Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external learning providers to ensure seamless training delivery.
✅ Create and manage training sessions within the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors LMS).
✅ Manage participant registrations, waiting lists, invitations, and training documentation.
✅ Maintain and update employees' training records and learning history.
✅ Ensure proper filing, archiving, and compliance of training-related documentation.
✅ Support invoice processing, expense validation, and training budget monitoring.
✅ Prepare reports and update training activity dashboards and performance indicators.

What We're Looking For
✔ Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or support role.
✔ Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors LMS is highly desirable.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
✔ Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔ Fluent French & English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
