We are seeking an experienced IT Head Manager to join a leading organization in Setúbal. This role is ideal for a senior IT professional with a strong strategic mindset, proven leadership skills, and solid experience in managing technology operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Define and oversee the Information Systems strategy aligned with business goals;
Lead and coordinate the IT function, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery;
Manage technology vendors, service providers, and contracts;
Assess and optimize the existing technology architecture;
Drive cybersecurity initiatives and technology risk management;
Support digital transformation and process improvement projects;
Define and manage the technology roadmap and investment plan;
Oversee ERP systems, with a strong focus on SAP.
Requirements

✅ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
✅ Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles;
✅ Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and IT governance;
✅ Experience leading digital transformation programmes;
✅ Solid experience with SAP ERP environments;
✅ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills;
✅ Strategic and business-oriented mindset.
✅ Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written);
