We are hiring an HRIS Support Specialist to join the HR team, providing daily functional support to Workday users across the organisation. This is a role at the intersection of Human Resources and systems, ideal for someone with an HR background who is comfortable navigating digital platforms and enjoys helping people solve problems.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide prompt assistance and resolution for Workday user issues and requests
• Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders across countries to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions
• Support testing activities and contribute to system improvements
• Maintain data accuracy within the Workday platform
• Deliver training and guidance to end users
• Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices
• Manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Human Resources combined with exposure to HRIS or system support
• Previous hands-on experience with Workday is mandatory, as prior contact with the platform is essential for a fast integration
• Fluent English, able to communicate confidently in a professional and international context
