Global Transition Lead - Porto

Adecco Recruitment is currently recruiting a Global Transition Lead to join the team of a prestigious client, in an international and fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition and mobilisation of new contracts;
• Coordinate internal teams, clients and multiple stakeholders throughout the process;
• Define transition plans, timelines and milestones;
• Ensure the successful implementation of new contracts within agreed deadlines and objectives;
• Manage multiple stakeholders, countries and functional areas;
• Identify and resolve challenges, ensuring projects continue to move forward;
• Lead complex programmes, with a strong focus on execution and delivery;
• Promote continuous improvement across processes and outcomes.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics or a relevant field;
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience;
• Experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Transition Management or large-scale implementations;
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments;
• Good command of English.
