Project Officer (Workplace Operations)

We are looking for a Project Officer (Workplace Operations) to join a dynamic and international environment, focusing on workplace management, internal project coordination, and employee experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and activate corporate spaces and employee engagement areas.
• Plan and deliver themed events, ensuring adherence to timelines, objectives, and performance indicators.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, monitoring contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee initiatives related to workplace services and employee experience.
• Analyze office occupancy data and prepare space utilization reports.
• Define and update workplace allocation models, fostering synergies between teams.
• Facilitate meetings and committees with a variety of internal stakeholders.
• Support and monitor cross-functional workplace and operations projects.

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in multi-functional project coordination or operational roles.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Professional proficiency in English and French (mandatory).

🕒 Work Model: Hybrid (8 on-site days per month)
📄 Contract Type: Fixed-term outsourcing contract (initial project duration of 6 months, with possibility of extension)
