🌟 Career Opportunity : French - Speaking Technical Support Specialist 🌟 📍 Location : Lisbon (Hybrid or Full Remote) 🕒 Working Hours : Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday (up to 2 working weekends per month).
📅 Start Date: October 23, 2026 🎯 Your Responsibilities : 📞 Handle inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from French-speaking and English-speaking customers. 🛠️ Provide technical support (troubleshooting): diagnose issues, resolve problems, and assist users. 🤝 Deliver high-quality customer service focused on satisfaction and quick resolution. 🔍 Identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure an excellent customer experience. 🎯 Contribute to the project’s quality, satisfaction, and performance targets. 👤 Profile Requirements : Native or bilingual French (C2 level mandatory).
