The Challenge
As a Senior Asset Servicing Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of corporate actions and asset servicing activities, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance within a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee Asset Servicing activities, including dividends, coupons, and related retrocessions.
Ensure the accurate reconciliation of positions and transactions, investigating and resolving complex discrepancies.
Coordinate with custodians, counterparties, and other international financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
Actively contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
Support and mentor junior team members.
Act as a backup to the Team Leader in operational activities, reporting, controls, and project follow-up.

Mandatory Requirements:
Degree in Finance.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial markets-related roles.
Proven experience in Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Custody Operations, Securities Operations, or similar areas.
Strong knowledge of financial products.
Good understanding of international financial regulations.
Knowledge of risk management practices and Brokerage & Fees Management.
Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and Conditional Formatting.

Nice to Have:
VBA knowledge.
Experience with Excel Power Pivot.
Knowledge of MiFID II, CSDR, EMIR, and other financial markets regulatory frameworks.
French language skills.

Conditions:
Outsourcing employment contract.

Base salary aligned with the candidate's experience.
Meal allowance: €8.60/day.
Hybrid working model: 8 office visits per month.
