Your Mission

🔹 Provide customer support through various communication channels;
🔹 Clarify customer inquiries and follow up on requests;
🔹 Perform both back-office and front-office tasks;
🔹 Deliver an excellent customer experience;
🔹 Ensure compliance with the quality standards defined by the operation.

What We’re Looking For:

⭐ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Support role (mandatory);
⭐ Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
⭐ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
⭐ Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities;
⭐ Sense of responsibility and team spirit;
⭐ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What We Offer:

✅ Employment contract directly with Adecco;
✅ Paid initial training;
💰 Base Salary: €920 Gross/month;
💰 Language Bonus: €135/month;
🍽 Meal Allowance: €7.63/day on a meal card;
✅ Hybrid working model.

Working Schedule:

✅ Rotating shifts;
⏰ Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM
⏰ Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
