The global Source-to-Pay (S2P) Operations team supports procurement and purchasing activities across a complex international supplier network, ensuring efficient execution of purchase orders and related processes. The team oversees end-to-end S2P activities, including purchase order creation, review, approval, compliance monitoring, supplier collaboration, and process optimization. Working closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, accounts payable, and suppliers, the organization drives process standardization, operational efficiency, automation adoption, and compliance with internal control and governance requirements.

• Team player with a high level of drive and the ability to build long-term relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with incomplete information while balancing trade-offs and risks
• Very good analytical skills with the ability to quickly validate complex data
• Ability to understand the business processes behind the data
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities
• Experience in Manufacturing or Materials Management is a plus
• Good understanding of interactions and dependencies across different business functions and disciplines

Responsibilities:

• Drive Procurement related activities in the Source-to-Pay Process
• Manage and drive (K)PI's related to MSC and Procurement performance
• Drive process and performance sustainability
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide business cases and data insight to enable value-oriented decision making
• Drive cross-country (regional) operational and commercial opportunities
• Rationalize the number of suppliers and promote optimal buying channel utilization to maximize commercial opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Actively monitor process execution performance and undertake proper corrective actions, including coaching, training, and escalation where needed
• Handle and resolve escalated issues with effective stakeholder management
