O2C Specialist with German

Client Description:

Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or Customer Service.
• Very good command of German (B2+/C1).
• Communicative English skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage collections activities for a portfolio of customers in German-speaking markets.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely payment collection.
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and payment-related matters.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies.
• Cooperate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other O2C teams.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
• Monitor key process metrics and contribute to achieving O2C performance targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
