This role supports a long-term programme involving cross-platform applications, distributed services and transactional workflows.

Candidate Profile:

Required Skills

• At least five years of related software-engineering experience.
• Strong software-development experience using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Cross-platform UI-development experience.
• Backend-development and service-oriented architecture experience.
• Experience with frontend web technologies.
• Strong understanding of software-design patterns and architecture principles.
• Experience with unit, integration and UI testing.
• Knowledge of REST, sockets and TCP-based communication.
• Experience with distributed systems and transactional workflows.
• Event-driven architecture and state-management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working with Linux, Windows and mobile environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Languages

• English suitable for work in an international environment.
• Communicative Polish.

Responsibilities:

Role Overview

As a Senior Flutter Software Engineer, you will research, design and develop complex software and its applications. You will combine hands-on engineering with software design, technical leadership and support for junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate RFPs and proposals.
• Train and oversee junior Software Engineers.
• Research, define, present and recommend software designs or alternative strategies.
• Lead the team in determining customer requirements and developing customer solutions.
• Perform critical design reviews.
• Operate as an expert across different areas of the system and become productive in unfamiliar areas with minimal assistance.
• Act as a key technical resource for engineers and project leaders.
• Cooperate with other company organisations and serve as a contact point on technical and non-technical matters.
• Apply advanced knowledge of software requirements, design, construction, testing, maintenance, quality and engineering methods.
• Contribute to software estimations.
