Client Description:
Adecco is supporting an international enterprise client in the recruitment of an experienced Change Management Lead for a major global business transformation program.
The program is focused on simplifying, standardizing and digitalizing business processes and IT solutions in order to improve business value, operational efficiency and customer experience. It is based on modern cloud technology and SAP S/4HANA, and covers several key business domains, including:
- Order-to-Cash
- Supply Chain
- Finance
- Data
The transformation is sponsored at executive level and involves cooperation between global process owners, regional teams and local business leaders. The goal is to create integrated, future-ready business processes and support the organization in adopting new ways of working.
This role is ideal for a Change Management professional who has experience in large-scale transformation programs and can guide teams through complex business, process and technology changes.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Business Transformation or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs, preferably regional or global.
- Experience supporting ERP, SAP S/4HANA, cloud, digital transformation or business process standardization programs.
- Ability to work with global process owners, local leaders, business stakeholders and IT/project teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Analytical mindset and ability to measure the success of change initiatives.
- Experience with training strategy, business readiness, adoption tracking and communication planning.
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working.
- Positive mindset and willingness to actively drive change.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
Change Management
- Define and implement the change management strategy in cooperation with global program leadership.
- Support program and territory leads in rolling out change management activities across relevant sites.
- Identify business transformation impacts and anticipate change needs across the program roadmap.
- Collect change management needs from local teams, communities and management stakeholders.
- Build, organize and coordinate a network of change managers / change champions across relevant locations.
- Track change management performance, adoption progress and related KPIs.
- Define, deliver and implement training roadmaps across different business functions.
- Support the digitalization of learning strategy and training activities.
- Support the digitalization of change management follow-up, governance and KPI tracking.
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working.
- Animate digital communities to anticipate the impact of new tools and best-of-breed technology strategies.
- Manage escalations related to change adoption, tool usage and business readiness.
- Support go-live preparation, post-go-live adoption and value tracking.
Communication & Engagement
- Define and manage the communication plan throughout the project.
- Create and animate communities to deliver key project messages and updates.
- Organize communication channels and open-line formats related to the transformation program.
- Prepare clear and engaging communication materials for different stakeholder groups.
- Manage digital communication activities, including written updates, presentations, videos and other content formats.
- Ensure consistent communication across global, regional and local teams.
