Profil kandydata:

1. Java Backend Experience:
   1. Mid: 4+ years
   2. Senior: 6+ years of commercial backend development
2. API & Integration Expertise
   1. Experience designing REST APIs
   2. OpenAPI and integrating multiple systems
3. Event-Driven Architecture
   1. Understanding of asynchronous flows, messaging concepts and distributed systems
4. Testing Discipline
   1. Experience with unit and integration testing, quality-focused mindset
5. Resilience & Observability
   1. Experience with monitoring, logging, troubleshooting and reliability practices
6. Java & Spring Boot
   1. Strong knowledge of Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3.x
7. Language Skills English B2+ (mandatory) for technical documentation and collaboration

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Production-Grade Engineering: Strong Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3.x experience, building scalable, reliable and maintainable services.
• API & Integration Expertise: Designing REST APIs and integrating multiple internal and external systems
• Event-Driven Architecture: Experience with asynchronous flows, messaging concepts and distributed systems
• Migration Readiness: Node.js / TypeScript knowledge supporting ongoing technology transformation
• Quality, Security & Operations: Testing mindset, observability, resilience and production troubleshooting
