Technical Production Operator

Are you technically minded and enjoy working with machinery? As a Technical Production Operator, you will work in a modern manufacturing environment where you help produce and inspect high-quality aircraft tires. You will work in a 3-shift rotation, receive an attractive salary including a shift allowance, and have plenty of opportunities to develop your technical skills.

As a Technical Production Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process safe, efficient, and up to the required quality standards. You will set up, operate, and adjust various production machines used to refurbish and retread aircraft tires.

If you notice a deviation or encounter a minor technical issue, you will take action to keep the process running smoothly. You will also perform quality checks and accurately record production data. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that every aircraft tire meets the high standards of the aviation industry.

Your responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and convert production machinery;
• Adjust machines during product changeovers and for different tire sizes;
• Monitor the production process and identify deviations;
• Perform quality inspections according to established procedures;
• Accurately record production and quality data;
• Work together with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient production process.

Working hours:

Morning shift: 06:45 – 15:15;

Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:30;

Night shift: 23:15 – 07:00.

You will work in a 3-shift rotation with a 20,2% shift allowance.

• Gross base salary of €2.915 per month, excluding the 20,2% shift allowance;
• An average 36-hour working week in a 3-shift rotation;
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;

• €0,23 per kilometer travel reimbursement;

Technical aptitude and an interest in machinery and manufacturing;

Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation;

Good command of Dutch and/or English;

A careful and accurate approach to your work, with attention to quality and safety;

The ability to solve minor technical issues or the motivation to learn;

A proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
