Production Luur lift Operator

Are you technically minded and do you enjoy working in a production environment where quality and teamwork are key? Then this position as a Production Line Operator (Luur Lift) at EMPWR Leerdam could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Luur Lift Operator, you are responsible for operating an assigned production line. You ensure that production runs smoothly, perform quality checks, and resolve minor malfunctions. In addition, you contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supplying production lines with semi-finished products;
• Operating the slab-forming section of the production line;
• Performing and recording quality control checks;
• Carrying out 5S audits within the production environment;
• Performing minor machine maintenance;
• Resolving minor equipment malfunctions;
• Setting up, dismantling, and carrying out daily maintenance of production lines;
• Working in accordance with quality, hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines;
• Keeping machines and the work environment clean;
• Performing other related tasks within the department.

• Salary between €18.01 and €20.23 gross per hour, excluding shift allowance;
• €500 gross signing bonus after 3 months of employment. More information about the conditions will be provided during the recruitment process;
• Shift allowance according to the applicable work schedule;
• 8.33% holiday pay and accrual of vacation days;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre;

• Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
• Knowledge of quality, hygiene, and safety regulations;

• Willingness to work in shifts.
