Packing Specialist-Warehouse

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and experienced in carefully packing goods? In this full-time day-shift position, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.

You will work in the warehouse and ensure that goods are processed correctly, safely, and accurately. Your responsibilities include order picking, packing, labeling, scanning, and preparing products for shipment.

You will handle various types of goods, including potentially fragile, sensitive, or valuable items. Therefore, attention to detail and careful handling are essential for this position.

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment;
• Applying correct packaging techniques;
• Carefully handling fragile or valuable products;
• Labeling, scanning, and administratively processing shipments;
• Performing quality inspections;
• Identifying and reporting damage or discrepancies;
• Assisting with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming goods;
• Working with warehouse management systems and scanners;
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment;
• Following all applicable safety, quality, and company procedures.

You will work a day-shift schedule and remain physically active throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• Day-shift working hours;
• A gross hourly salary of approximately €15,30 per hour;
• A 12-month assignment;
• Travel expense reimbursement;

You will be working for an international pharmaceutical company in Bleiswijk. Within this organization, products are processed, packed, and prepared for shipment according to strict quality and safety standards.

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment is a strong advantage;
• Experience with packing and packaging products;
• Good attention to detail and able to work accurately;
• Able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Physically able to lift and move packages between 10 and 23 kg;
• Basic computer skills;
• Experience with scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus;
• Good English language skills are required; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage;
• A forklift certificate is a plus, or you are willing to obtain one.
