Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you are an important part of the production team. You will set up, operate and check CNC machines that are used to work on metal parts. You will make sure the parts are made correctly and meet the required quality standards. You will also make sure that the work is completed on time and that all safety rules are followed.

You will work in a practical and experienced team. Together, you make sure the work is done safely and to a high standard. With your technical knowledge, you can spot problems quickly and share ideas to improve the work.

Your main tasks will include:

• Setting up and operating CNC machines
• Checking the quality of the metal parts
• Making small adjustments and finishing the parts when needed
• Carrying out small maintenance tasks on the machines
• Reporting machine problems, quality issues and ideas for improvement
• Moving finished products to the logistics department

You will work full-time during the day. You will start through Adecco. After the temporary employment period, the company intends to offer you a direct contract.

• A gross monthly salary of up to €3500 depending on your relevant experience

• Experience as a Machine Operator, preferably with CNC machines
• A strong focus on safety and the ability to follow safety procedures carefully
• A technical education at **VMBO or MBO level 2
• Knowledge of different types of metal and an interest in expanding your technical knowledge
• You work carefully and safely and always follow the safety rules
