As an Outbound Logistics Employee, you ensure that customer orders are picked, replenished, and prepared for shipment correctly and on time. You will work with an advanced AutoStore system and support various outbound processes. No two days are the same, and together with your colleagues you will make sure every order leaves the warehouse on schedule.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking customer orders from the AutoStore system.
• Picking items using handheld scanner instructions.
• Checking quantities and product quality.
• Packing orders into shipping boxes and preparing them for dispatch.
• Opening boxes and replenishing AutoStore bins with stock.
• Scanning boxes and products.
• Processing remaining stock according to system instructions.
• Handling empty boxes and disposing of cardboard waste.
• Supporting colleagues where needed and maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

You will work in a 2-shift schedule. The working hours are:

• 07:00 – 15:30
• 15:30 – 00:00

You will receive a 30% shift allowance for all hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00. During each shift, you will have two 15-minute breaks.

• A gross hourly wage of €14.99, paid weekly.
• 30% shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 00:00.
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre from 10 km one-way.
• 27 vacation days (based on full-time employment) and 8% holiday allowance.

You will work in an innovative and highly automated warehouse where teamwork is key. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that every order is processed accurately and delivered on time. The distribution centre is easily accessible and conveniently located next to the A2 motorway.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is available full-time in a 2-shift schedule.
• Has a good command of the English language.
• Works accurately and has an eye for detail.
• Enjoys physical work.
• Has logistics experience or is motivated to learn.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and has a flexible attitude.
