Line Operator

You'll play an important role in making sure our delicious snacks are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Line Operator, you play a key role in keeping the production process running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Working with modern production equipment, you'll monitor the production line, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain continuous operations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating production machinery
• Monitoring and adjusting production processes where needed
• Ensuring raw materials and supplies are available on time
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain quality and productivity

Working hours

You will work in a rotating 3-shift schedule, helping to keep production running 24/7:

• Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

This is a hands-on role in a dynamic production environment where teamwork, quality, and safety are key.

-A starting salary of €17.17 per hour, including ATV allowance (excluding shift allowances)

-Attractive shift bonuses: 33% extra for hours worked after 6:00 PM and 35% extra for hours worked after midnight

-25 vacation days per year

-A 3% year-end bonus
