Facilities Support Worker

As a Facilities Support Worker, you will help keep buildings, outdoor areas, and customer locations clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Together with your colleagues, you will work on a variety of projects at different locations throughout the region. No two days are the same, making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys hands-on work and staying active.

Your responsibilities include:

• Carrying out various cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Cleaning façades, windows, and outdoor areas
• Assisting with renovation and restoration projects
• Performing clearing and clean-up work at different sites
• Maintaining gardens, grounds, and outdoor spaces
• Working at a variety of locations for private and business customers
• Helping to create a clean, safe, and presentable environment

• A gross hourly wage of €15.52 per hour (for employees aged 21 and over)
• 26 vacation days per year
• 8% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometre

• A full-time position with working hours on weekdays

You will join an experienced company with more than 20 years of experience in cleaning, maintenance, and facility services. Together with a small team of colleagues, you will help keep buildings, grounds, and outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.

• You are motivated, reliable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
• You are physically fit and enjoy active work;
• You can work independently as well as part of a team;
• You hold a valid Category B driving licence;
• You are available full-time, Monday through Friday;
• You enjoy working outdoors and like variety in your work;
• You speak Dutch, English and/or German. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
