Would you like to join the friendliest company in Brabant? Van Lieshout Snacks B.V. in Helmond is proud to produce the tastiest frikandel in the Netherlands: the Bikfrik. To strengthen our production team, we are looking for packing staff to work across three shifts.

As a packing operator at Van Geloven, you’ll play a key role in the production department. You’ll be involved in producing snacks and ensuring that the products are packed in accordance with quality standards.

• Packaging in accordance with the client’s specifications.
• Carrying out quality checks on the products you pack.
• Cleaning the machines.
• Identifying problems and resolving them proactively.
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

• A gross starting hourly wage of €16.49, excluding a 33.5% shift allowance
• 3% end-of-year bonus.
• Travel allowance for journeys of 10 km or more.
• 8% holiday pay on standard and overtime hours, and 25 days’ holiday (for full-time work).
• Pension accrual from day one.

Through Adecco, you’ll be working at the Van Geloven site in Helmond. There, they produce ‘De Bourgondiër’ snacks, KB cheese soufflés, and Van Geloven frikandellen. There is a large car park behind the factory, and it is then just under a 3-minute walk. Are you coming by public transport? There is a bus from Helmond station to Van Geloven. It is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.  

• A good command of Dutch and English.
• Working in three shifts.
• Own transport or use of public transport due to the three-shift rota (between 06:00 and 00:00).
• A VMBO/MBO qualification or relevant work experience.
• Good physical fitness to carry out repetitive tasks and the ability to cope with stress.
