We are looking for experienced Roofers for roofing assignments in Innlandet and Telemark.

As a Roofer with Adecco, you will have a varied working day and work on assignments for our client. You will be working on flat roofs, mainly with roofing felt and asphalt-based materials. This is a good opportunity for an experienced roofer who enjoys practical, independent work.
As a Roofer, your main responsibilities will include:
Roofing work on flat roofs
Working with roofing felt and asphalt-based roofing materials
Carrying out work according to project requirements and HSE procedures
Ensuring high quality and accuracy in your work
Cooperating with other skilled workers on the project
This is a consultant assignment starting in week 44, with the possibility of an earlier start. The assignment is initially planned until Christmas, with the possibility of continuing in 2027.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Roofer
Experience working on flat roofs
Experience with roofing felt and asphalt-based roofing materials
Valid Hot Work certificate
English or Norwegian at minimum B1 level
D-number required
Driving licence category B is an advantage
Availability to start ASAP
About you
We are looking for someone with relevant roofing experience who is confident working independently. You work accurately and efficiently and always follow applicable HSE and quality requirements. You cooperate well with others and contribute positively to the working environment.
You have at least B1-level English or Norwegian and are flexible regarding the workplace and working hours.

37.5 hours per week, working 4 or 5 days per week
Possible 6/2 rotation through a bank-of-hours system
First travel to Norway covered up to 1500 NOK

Assignment until Christmas, with a possibility of continuing in 2027
Possibility of long-term cooperation with the client
Nearest airport: OSL – Oslo Gardermoen
Flexibility: Work full-time or part-time depending on what suits you best. Assignments may also vary in length.
