Key Competencies:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Import Customs Clearance Coordinate with customs brokers for timely import clearance, managing FTA and Country of Origin documents.

• Inventory Control Maintain stock accuracy through weekly/monthly reconciliations and track the movement of consignment inventory.

• Cross-functional Support Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Planners to minimize slow-moving stock and secure warehouse capacity.

• 3PL & Vendor Management Monitor the performance (KPIs) of 3PL warehouse and transportation partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Expense Billing & Closing Handle monthly cost closing and verify invoices for 3PL logistics, customs brokerage, and other vendors.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS / INTERFACE:

• Supply/demand planner, Logistics, CS, Finance, QA, RA, Sales & Marketing and Regional/Global HQ

• Logistics providers (3PL) and Customs Broker

• Subcontractors and suppliers (3PL vendors, Transportation, Forwarders)

An Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from university

• Entry-level to 3 years of experience in CS, Supply Chain, or Logistics

• Good command of English

• Working knowledge of medical device or pharmaceuticals importation, customs, regulatory and freight forwarders will be a plus

• Excellent computer skills with experience on MS Office, SAP is a plus
