Finance Controller

Key Competencies:
· Monthly & Annual Financial Closing & Reporting: Oversee closings and reporting packages in compliance with US GAAP, CECO policies, and SOX regulations; manage revenue recognition, provisions, and financial statement adjustments.
· Project Accounting & PoC Revenue Recognition: Review project accounting and Percentage-of-Completion (PoC) revenue recognition suitable for manufacturing and project-based environments.
· Internal Controls & Risk Management: Ensure SOX compliance, establish and monitor internal control systems, identify accounting/tax risks, and lead process improvements.
· Tax & Legal Compliance: Comply with local statutory tax and accounting regulations, manage external audits, and prepare global HQ reporting packages.
· Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Coach and lead the accounting, AR, and AP teams while serving as the primary liaison to Shared Services and Global HQ.
An Ideal Candidate:
· 10+ years of accounting experience with Comprehensive understanding of USGAAP
· Solid experience of POC accounting or Project accounting in the manufacturing or project-based MNC Companies
· Professional Business English
