Key Competencies:
· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
· Review financial statements and reporting schedules
· Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting packages for the group company.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business analysis activities.
· Monitor cash flow, liquidity requirements, and treasury activities across the organization.
· Manage external accounting service providers, auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.
· Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, regulatory, and corporate reporting requirements.
· Support SOX and ICFR implementation, along with broader finance governance initiatives.
· Lead ERP implementation and finance process improvement projects.
· Supervise and develop finance team 10 members and support board presentations and special projects.
An Ideal Candidate:
· 15+ years of experience in Finance in multinational manufacturing, mining, metals, EPC companies or major capital projects
· CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent mandatory
· Strong leadership skills
· Fluent in business English
