A large‑scale precision manufacturing organization operating multiple production bases in Asia and the Americas. The company specializes in high‑precision metal components supplied to automotive, electronics, medical, and industrial sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, process improvement, or automation-related fields.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, automation, robotics, or equipment improvement projects is an advantage.
• Experience with Milling and Grinding processes is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English at an internal conversational level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify root causes of manufacturing issues and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare improvement reports.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Basic understanding of Milling and Grinding operations.
• Basic knowledge of automation systems, robotics, and industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Self-motivated and proactive working attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Quality-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Control and improve manufacturing processes within Milling and Grinding production areas.
• Monitor machine performance and production stability as a process owner.
• Analyze manufacturing issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring problems.
• Support and develop automation projects, including robotics, automated inspection systems, and equipment improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement activities through Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and cost reduction programs.
• Monitor, measure, and report improvement results.
• Improve productivity, machine utilization, and product quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to achieve production targets and operational objectives.
• Support manufacturing process optimization and production efficiency initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
