About the Job

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to drive a massive, enterprise-level S/4HANA transformation. In this highly influential role, you will advise across multiple workstreams, engage with diverse stakeholder groups, and contribute to critical decisions that impact several teams. Your deep project governance knowledge will help provide solutions to complex challenges that span different business areas, creating a meaningful impact on overall delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of proven experience in IT project management, particularly within large-scale ERP or SAP/S4HANA implementation environments.
• Master proficiency in Program and Project Management methodologies and frameworks.
• Master proficiency in Project Estimation, Planning, and delivery governance.
• Demonstrated capability to oversee complex project financials, resource allocation, and operational metrics.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Bangkok to closely support the client and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive project management activities from initiation to completion.
• Defining project scope collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and alignment.
• Managing project milestones and cross-functional dependencies to maintain smooth and timely progress.
• Supporting the oversight of financial, contractual, and operational commitments related to the project.
• Monitoring delivery performance and quality through defined metrics and regular status reporting.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating risks as outlined in the project plan to ensure successful outcomes.
