SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO/RTR) Specialists

Our client, a global technology consulting firm, is driving a massive SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Template Rollout for top-tier enterprise groups in Thailand. To support this core transformation, we are hiring SAP Finance and Controlling specialists across multiple levels ranging from Senior Analyst to Senior Manager. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing complex financial architectures, operating 100% onsite in Bangkok.

Requirements

• 4 to 12+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP FICO, RTR, or specialized finance modules (seniority and compensation will align with the specific role level).
• Proven track record of completing at least 1 to 3 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial business processes, and integration points with other core SAP modules.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in both Thai and English.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Bangkok at designated client project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP Finance implementations across diverse modules including FICO, Record-to-Report (RTR), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), and Cash Management (CM).
• Design and deploy specialized financial solutions such as Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), Group Reporting, and Product Cost Controlling (COPC).
• Analyze business processes, map functional requirements, and translate them into scalable S/4HANA system configurations.
• Manage project milestones, coordinate with technical development teams, and provide functional support during cutover and hypercare phases.
• Provide strategic financial system advisement to senior stakeholders and guide junior consultants within the workstream.
