Company Description

A Japanese engineering trading company specializing in Factory Automation (FA), Industrial Equipment, Electrical & Electronic Components, and manufacturing solutions. The company mainly serves Japanese manufacturing companies in Thailand and provides products and technical solutions to support production and automation.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in Sales at a trading company or manufacturer is preferred.
• Experience with Japanese manufacturing clients is a strong advantage.
• Background in Automotive, Electronics, Home Appliances, or Industrial Equipment is a plus.
• English: Conversation Level (TOEIC 600+)
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit customers and conduct sales activities.
• Existing customers: approx. 80% / New customers: approx. 20%.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and related documents.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
