Sales Assistant

【Company Overview】

Trading company specializing in supplying plastic raw materials and electrical distribution components to manufacturing customers, particularly in the automotive and home appliance sectors. The organization handles import and export activities for resin and electrical products and supports a customer base primarily consisting of Japanese manufacturers.

【Requirements】

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in any field.
• Experience in resin, plastic, chemical products, or power distribution equipment.
• Approx. 2 years of sales assistant or sales administration experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of resin or electrical-related products (only one side required).
• Comfortable with outside work.
• Flexible and adaptable to a small-company/startup environment.

【Responsibilities】

• Provide sales support for resin (chemical products) or electrical equipment (power distribution and breaker products).
• Support sales representatives during customer visits 2–3 times per week.
• Create purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Assist with delivery schedule coordination and inventory management.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers in Thai.
• Prepare internal documents and sales-related reports.
• Perform general administrative tasks within the sales department.
