Purchasing Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Company Overview:

Our client is a well-established Japanese-owned manufacturer specializing in the processing and fabrication of air-conditioning pipes for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The company is recognized for its unique production technology, high-volume manufacturing capabilities, and ability to produce a wide variety of products in smaller quantities.

Qualifications:

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor or higher in related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Manager or management-level position
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good command in English and Japanese (for Japanese, JLPT N3 or above)

Responsibilities:

• • Manage overall production operations to ensure production plans, targets, quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Lead and supervise approximately 200 production staff.
• Monitor production performance across 10 production lines and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Set priorities and coordinate manpower, production plans, and resources to meet production targets.
• Monitor production efficiency, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with related departments such as Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, and
• Identify production problems and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and improve production processes, work procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and production standards.
• Prepare and report production performance, issues, and improvement plans to management.
• Support Japanese HQ management during factory visits, including factory tours, production updates, and on-site coordination.
