Legal Officer (Auto Leasing Business)

Location at Bangchan Industrial Estate, Minburi, Bangkok

• Monitor and update laws, regulations, and requirements related to Auto Finance and Leasing businesses.
• Analyze legal and regulatory changes and provide recommendations to management and business teams.
• Ensure business compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including BOT, OCPB, Hire Purchase Act, Debt Collection Act, PDPA, NCB, and AML requirements.
• Prepare and review legal documents, regulatory submissions, and related documentation.
• Provide legal advice and practical recommendations to support business operations and mitigate legal risks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities on legal and compliance matters.
