Japanese Interpreter

Company Overview:

Our client is a leading Japanese-owned manufacturer of high-quality valves and pumps, including aerosol valves, sprayer pumps, and dispenser pumps. The company has been operating in Thailand for over 25 years with ongoing expansion to serve both domestic and international markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Japanese Language, or related field

• English: Basic Conversation Level

• Japanese: Internal Conversation Level (JLPT N3 or above)

• 2–3 years of experience in Japanese-Thai interpretation is preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage

• Factory administration experience will be considered a strong advantage

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Responsible, adaptable, and able to work well with different teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide Japanese-Thai interpretation for communication on the production floor

• Translate documents, emails, and internal communications between Japanese and Thai

• Coordinate between Japanese and Thai staff and other departments

• Provide interpretation support for internal and external meetings

• Prepare and translate meeting minutes and reports

• Support Japanese staff with daily communication and administrative matters

• Support company activities and events as required

• Assist with Japanese-Thai interpretation via LINE and other communication applications

• Provide interpretation support during overseas business trips when required

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
