About the Opportunity

Our client is a confidential, well-established Global Manufacturing organization in Thailand with a strong manufacturing and export-oriented business.

As part of its ongoing organizational development, the company is strengthening its Supply Chain leadership team and is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to drive end-to-end planning, supply chain optimization, and operational efficiency.

This is a key leadership opportunity for a commercially minded Supply Chain professional who can connect Demand, Supply, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Service to improve overall business performance.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain resources, manufacturing capacity, inventory, and production priorities while ensuring alignment with business demand and profitability.

Candidate Profile

• Solid experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning, and/or Supply Chain Optimization, preferably within Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or related manufacturing industries
• Strong experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Production Planning
• Proven experience managing S&OP / End-to-End Planning processes
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Capacity Planning and resource utilization
• Strong understanding of SKU Complexity, Product Mix, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Constraints
• Proven track record in Supply Chain Optimization, including cost reduction, inventory optimization, capacity utilization, and operational improvement
• Strong Commercial Mindset, with the ability to connect Supply Chain decisions with cost, profitability, customer demand, and overall business performance
• Strong ability to prioritize production and supply decisions based on demand, profitability, customer requirements, and operational efficiency
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and develop teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good command of English and Thai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain function, including Planning, Procurement/Sourcing, Manufacturing Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Service
• Lead and strengthen the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process across Demand, Supply, Procurement, Production, and Inventory
• Drive Demand Planning and Supply Planning to align market demand with material availability, manufacturing capacity, and inventory requirements
• Lead Production Planning and Manufacturing Capacity Planning to maximize resource utilization and operational efficiency
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels while maintaining product availability and customer service performance
• Analyze SKU complexity, product mix, production constraints, and resource utilization to improve supply chain efficiency
• Establish production priorities based on customer demand, profitability, manufacturing capacity, and operational efficiency
• Identify and implement initiatives to reduce supply chain costs, optimize inventory, improve capacity utilization, and enhance operational performance
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth, profitability, and operational excellence
• Lead continuous improvement and Supply Chain Optimization initiatives
• Establish and monitor relevant Supply Chain KPIs to drive performance and accountability
• Lead, coach, and develop Supply Chain teams and build a high-performing organization
