FP&A Manager (APAC)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years experience in FP&A / Financial Planning / Business Partnering
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Strong business acumen (understanding both commercial and operational drivers)
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing regional team in APAC.

In this role, you will go beyond traditional reporting to become a true business partner, working closely with commercial and operations teams to drive performance, support strategic decisions, and unlock business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and operations teams to analyze revenue, pricing, and margin drivers
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across APAC
• Analyze monthly performance vs plan, identify variances, and drive corrective actions Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning (3–5 years)
• Evaluate business cases, investments, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with business execution
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and data quality
