About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading global electronics organization with established operations in Thailand and is currently strengthening its Supply Chain Management capability to support business growth and operational excellence.

This opportunity will play a key role in driving forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain data analysis, working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders to improve planning accuracy and inventory performance.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above from a four-year university; any major is considered
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management, Forecasting, Production, Sales, and Inventory Management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Spreadsheet with excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Analysis would be an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and Korean, both spoken and written
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with data and reporting systems
• Myanmar language proficiency would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain operational data and standard information across Supply Chain Management systems
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and forecast data to support business planning
• Develop demand forecasts based on sales trends, inventory levels, and business requirements
• Manage forecast planning and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate new product launches, promotions, and sales plans into forecasting
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Prepare planning reports and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making
• Coordinate with HQ, Regional HQ, and local teams on planning data and reporting requirements
• Perform data analysis and support Supply Chain-related projects and management requests
• Prepare and submit Korean-language reports in accordance with management guidelines
