Accountant (APAC)

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance

·      3–5 years of experience in AP / AR / GL / Fixed Assets

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·      Hands-on mindset with strong ownership and accountability

·      Experience in multinational or structured environment is a plus

·      Familiar with ERP systems (IFS is a plus)

·      Good command of English (working level)

·      Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

·      Manage end-to-end accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Bank reconciliations

·      Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections

·      Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively

·      Support month-end close and ensure data accuracy and completeness

·      Maintain and improve accounting processes, SOPs, and documentation

·      Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional teams across APAC

·      Support transition from outsourced accounting (TMF) to in-house operations

·      Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support automation initiatives
