Requirements

• University degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and close supplier complaints and quality claims.
• Investigate quality issues related to non-conforming raw materials and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
• Coordinate the handling of blocked and defective materials, including returns and scrap disposal processes.
• Review 8D reports, complaint documentation, and corrective action plans.
• Verify PPAP documentation and support APQP processes.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and performance metrics related to supplier quality.
• Monitor supplier changes and participate in change management processes.
• Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
• Cooperate with internal departments and international suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Occasional travel to suppliers within Europe.
